- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- Every new company gets 7 days of full Growth-plan access — payroll, live bank feeds, AI reconciliation and all reports — with no card required to explore in-app. If you check out on a paid plan, Stripe holds the card but doesn't charge until day 8, so cancelling before then costs nothing.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply instantly and unlock the matching feature flags; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
- What does the one-time licence include?
- A perpetual licence for the tier you buy, including all updates within that major version and 6 months of support.
- Do you charge per company?
- Seats and companies are bundled per tier, and Enterprise is unlimited on both. If you only need one extra, add it as a $9/month add-on instead of upgrading.
- How do add-ons get billed?
- Add-ons follow your billing cycle: monthly at list price, yearly at ten months, or 24 months for a lifetime licence. They are prorated when added mid-cycle and can be switched off at any time.
- Is my data mine?
- Always. Export the full ledger, journals and audit trail at any time in CSV or JSON.
