Refund Policy

We would rather fix the problem than keep your money. Here is how refunds work on each plan type.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate partial months, but we will refund a full month charged within 7 days if the workspace was unused.
Annual plans
Full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we refund the unused whole months at the equivalent monthly rate, less any discount already received.
One-time lifetime licences
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies. After that the licence is non-refundable, but it remains valid perpetually for the tier purchased.
Managed services
Do It For You engagements are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Work already delivered is not refundable.
How to request
Email billing@ledger.example from the account owner's address. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
